The Busy Bees Preschool

Located on North River Street near downtown Hailey, Busy Bees Preschool focuses on early childhood education for children ages 18 month - 5 years old, with the goal of giving children the best possible preparation for kindergarten.

Our cozy and welcoming preschool includes a playroom, library and nap room, sensory room, and art room where lessons, meals, and many daily activities take place. At the center of our classroom is our circle time rug — the hub of our learning, songs, stories, and classroom community.

We also believe children learn best through real-world experiences. Throughout the year, we take walking-distance field trips and community adventures, including local hikes and trails, visits to the Hailey Public Library, and recreation time at the Blaine County Recreation District gym. Being close to downtown Hailey allows us to stay connected to the wonderful community around us.

Busy Bees believes children should feel connected to the world around them. We love being part of the Hailey community, and throughout the year we visit local businesses and places in town so children can learn about their community and the people who make it special.

Parental Engagement

Families stay connected through the Brightwheel app, where parents receive daily updates, photos, and messages about their child’s day. Miss Guta and team regularly uploads pictures of classroom projects, outdoor adventures, and special moments, giving families the opportunity to continue conversations and learning at home.
